| TUITION AND FEES |

| Tuition and fees must be paid in US dollars and students are required to pay tuition and fees at the time of registration in each semester. Tuition and fees for 2010-11 are as follows: |

1. Application Fee and Audition Fee (non-refundable): $150
2. I-20 From Application Fee (non-refundable): $200 (International applicants only)
3. Registration Fee (non-refundable): $75 each semester

| REFUND POLICY |

| In order to ensure that students are fully informed on their rights and procedures for recovering tuition refunds, a copy of the University's Cancellation/Withdrawal Policy is provided to each student upon registration. A ¡°Notice of Cancellation/Withdrawal¡± form must be used when canceling or withdrawing from enrollment. In compliance with the applicable California Education Code, CTU's cancellation/withdrawal and refund policy is fully disclosed in the reverse side of the enrollment agreement. |

| 1. Full Refund |
| To be eligible for a full refund, a student should terminate enrollment before midnight of the fifth business day after the day on which the student first attended a given class. If all scheduled courses are canceled, students will receive a full refund. |

| 2. Pro-rata Refund |
A student may terminate enrollment at any time. Refunds of tuition and fees for any portion of the course/s not taken (less the non-refundable application fee), shall be made in accordance with the following pro-rata refund policy, which is in compliance with all applicable state laws and regulations:
The amount to be refunded shall be the total amount paid for the course (less non-refundable application fee), multiplied by the number of hours remaining in the course divided by the total number of course hours. |
